Continuing bounty!!


This is what we're having with our pork chops this evening for dinz (no rude comments, you lot up Whitcombe Down way!!!). They're going to be corn and basil pancakes a la EatingWell Magazine. I think they'll be delicious...

These are absolutely scrumptious!! Important to use lots of fresh basil...it adds a hint of citrus.

Mummy, I made the the other night and had them on top of a salad with heirloom tomatoes. Sooo yummy!
