This is what we're having with our pork chops this evening for dinz (no rude comments, you lot up Whitcombe Down way!!!). They're going to be corn and basil pancakes a la EatingWell Magazine. I think they'll be delicious...
Here's my idea of a first class summer morning breakfast! Just picked blueberries from Holland (Vermont!) and freshly roasted on the porch coffee! Ahh!
Fresh and pretty! The baby Tom Thumb lettuce was picked before the storm, and the mint, chives, tomato and borage flowers afterwards. A nice accompaniment to 2 thick juicy steaks, grown by a friend! I thoroughly enjoy eating food, when I know where it was grown!
